About the wine
This champagne will amaze you! Ruinart Rosé comes from the oldest champagne house in Europe. Ruinart produced its first “wine with pearls” in 1729. The fine champagnes mature in listed lime cathedrals 38 meters below the city of Reims. With this intense, fruity and fresh champagne, you drink real history!
Robert Parker: 90/100
Tasting note
The Ruinart Rosé is reminiscent of the petal of a yellow-orange rose. Pearls constantly rise in him on fine string. Its beguiling bouquet is subtle and fresh. It is led by aromas of sweet cherries, strawberries and raspberries, which intensify over the course. It is excellent on the palate and is very fresh. It is a champagne of great elegance — fine, round and soft with fruity and delicious notes.
Culinary recommendation
An ideal evening aperitif. As an accompaniment to Andalusian vegetable soup, gazpacho.
