About the wine
The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC by Castello di Perno, aged for about six months in steel tanks and then left to rest in the bottle for the same amount of time, is a wine with a strong character on the nose and a good body on the palate, capable of brightening the table every day and at the same time suitable, even in the more informal opportunities to be shared

Tasting note
Ruby red. On the nose, it shows notes of ripe red fruits and in particular cherry and floral notes. The palate is full-bodied, in harmony with the nose and of excellent persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with traditional Piedmontese dishes and particularly well with earthy preparations.
Vinification
Cold maceration for 48 hours and spontaneous fermentation with maceration for about 14 days at a controlled temperature. Ageing in steel for about 6 months, then bottling and marketing after at least 6 months in the bottle.
