About the wine
Picturesque and fertile landscapes of the Upper Ebro give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery El Coto de Rioja conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience when you serve this Tempranillo with lasagna or barbecue.
Tasting note
Color: Bright cherry red with sparkling violet reflections, color-tight. Aromatics: Ripe fruity aromas of strawberries, distinctly roasted notes of coffee, fine wood, nice hint of fresh herbs, fine undergrowth. Body: The pleasant, long start is followed by balanced acidity and tannins, beautiful palate aromas, slightly warming. Quality: Youthful wine - culinary all-rounder.
Culinary recommendation
Game fowl, liver with hash browns in Marsala sauce, beef stroganoff, roasted pink duck breast, pork loin with griot sauce, meat platter with smoked specialties and mature semi-hard cheese.
