About the wine

A different interpretation of the universally popular grape variety. The grapes are fermented with the skin, i.e. in principle produced like a red wine. Shortly before the end of fermentation, it is pressed, fermented to the end in stainless steel and then matured in small wooden barrels. Funky stuff, you could say. Aromas of tea, herbs and something sweet come here. Then add a structure such as red wine. Can you also drink with roast pork.
