The Domaine Vernay wants to vinify a small Côte-Rôtie with this Syrah, which they have truly succeeded in doing. Wonderfully scented nose of green pepper, black cherries, lots of spice, game and Provencal herbs. A lot of fruit on the palate, supported by a velvety texture and delicately spicy aromas. The finish is very fresh and long. Unfortunately, this wine is only produced in very small quantities, so as soon as it is on the market, it is usually sold out again.
