Tasting note
The Franciacorta Brut from Ca'del Bosco is not only one of those Italians who stand out among the most famous among the Compare champagnes. Even the complex style is only cultivated in this form by the finest champagne manufacturers: The basic wine, consisting of made from Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, ferments and matures in barriques. After the 2nd fermentation in the bottle, the Franciacorta Brut remains on the yeast for 3 years before it is degorgeage and shipped. The fineness of the perlage and aromas is hard to beat.

Goes well with aperitif, cheese, antipasti and charcuterie.
