About the wine
With the first-class Frappato IGP, which was produced in 2015, you will certainly have a lot of fun. Blooming and fertile landscapes in Sicily give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Tenute Orestiadi conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.

Eye: purple; nose: intense, floral, fruity, viney; palate: dry, fresh, medium tannins, mineral, balanced
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hot starters, grilled vegetables, pasta dishes, red meat.
Vinification
Frappato is picked by hand and transported in small containers in the second decade of September. The grapes are carefully stripped so as not to damage the skin. Fermentation is carried out at 24-26°. The wine is stored in French and American oak containers for 8-10 months. Acidity 5.8 g/l.
