This red wine 2016 — Les Oenocrates Diolinoir crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Testuz masters this red wine in the sunny and fertile landscape of Vaud. Tasting note
Intense red robe, with purple reflections. Extraordinarily complex wine with dominant aromas of wild berries and a pleasantly harmonious woody undertone. Still noticeable and extremely silky tannins, balanced and of beautiful length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats, beef steak, game dishes or farmer's pate.
