About the wine
The young Casa Rojo team is campaigning for an “Enología Creativa”. The focus here is on casual drinking pleasure, but behind it is the lively Spaniards' great passion for their wine country: They immortalize eight D.O.s in their works.
Tasting note
Intense cherry red with purple reflections. Complex bouquet, youthful, fruity, reminiscent of fresh orange marmalade. Mineral, velvety and balanced on the palate, shows subtle roasted aromas and a hint of licorice. The finish is pleasant and long. Etiquette glows in the dark! The autochthonous grape variety Garnacha reflects the typical character of the slate terroir.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team recommends red meat, spicy dishes and spicy food. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2021.
