Tasting note
Intense, aromatic nose with aromas of dark cherry, cranberry, blackcurrant and some smoke. On the palate, the aromas combine with soft, well-integrated tannins to create a lingering finish.

Goes well with veal with mushrooms and scarlettes.

8% undestemmed pressed. 7 months in French oak barrels (15% new)
