“Color: Brilliant gold with a youthful green glow, fine perlage. Aromatics: Fine floral notes of white flowers, green apple, Williams pear, subtle, mineral accents, yeast brioche note, toasted touch. Body: Lively, fresh start, subtle fruity notes on the palate, mild acidity, appears dry and pleasant. Quality: Creamy, harmonious “mouth feeling”.”
