About the wine
With the 2016 vintage, Landolt Weine presents Swiss varietal wines and their Valais wine line from scratch. A modern label line that should reflect the playful, positive and cheerful character of these wines. The long-used name Majorie is a thing of the past. It's no wonder that the nickname “Vögeli wines” has become established for the striking label line within a very short period of time.

Tasting note
Dark ruby with garnet red reflective edge. In the bouquet, ripe raspberries and plum compote with a hint of cassis. The palate has a soft start. Pleasant tannic and acid structure.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with warm roast beef, beef cutlets, châteaubriand, tournedos, guinea fowl with morels, lamb gigot, duck breast and especially cream cheese.
