About the wine
Selection of the best Schloss Salenegg vineyards. These vineyards were already part of the castle when it was still owned by the knight Anton von Molina. He resided on Schloss Salenegg from 1594 to 1654 and his spirit is said to still be at home in the castle today.

Das Bukett des Pinot Noir Molina AOC GR von Pilzen und Karamellbonbon spielt gekonnt mit Ihrem Geruchssinn. Als Nächstes überzeugen fruchtige Nuancen von Himbeere, Kirsche und Vanille entschlossen und bewusst Ihre Geschmackssinne. Mit verhalten fein ausgebauten Tanninen, mittelkräftigem Körper und dominanter Säure zeigt dieser fruchtige Rotwein seine einwandfreie Qualität.

Vinification
Hand harvesting, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging for 12 months in French barriques, 1/3 new wood, 2/3 in 2nd and 3rd filling
