Tasting note
The bouquet of petrol, nectarine and pineapple shows a complex aroma structure and plenty of pleasure potential. The outstanding notes of apple, apricot and lime shape their individual texture. A white wine with a slender body and outstanding acidity, which unfolds its complex structure on the tongue and palate.

Flaschenpost team is recommended for Asian food, Indian cuisine and mushrooms. Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the white wine is a slightly chilled 10°-12°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase for this wine: now until 2030.
Vinification
Information on vinification: Hand picking, light squeezing of the grape, long pressing time 3 — 4 h, sedimentation up to 72 h. Fermentation of must at approx. 18-22°C partly with spontaneous yeast.
