Tasting note
Nice strong color, expressive nose with fresh fruit, notes of black currants. Fine and fresh in the mouth, allows the fruit to dominate. Great rosé!
Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Juice flowing from the fermentation of Merlot (saignée), fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts, aging in stainless steel tanks.
