About the wine
Tessari is located in the most prestigious area of the Soave appellation: the Classic area of Monteforte d'Alpone. In winemaking, all principles of organic farming are respected and the natural biodiversity of the environment is favored. Characterized by a strong herbal, fine and fresh scent, the wine Bine Longhe combines flowers with lively and juicy fruit. Tasting note
Straw yellow in color. On the nose, there are soft hints of honey, on the palate, the wine is dense, spicy, with a very balanced acidity.
Culinary recommendation
From salmon to Bolognese lasagna, from chicken curry to risotto with pumpkin and traditional combinations such as cotechino with pearà or bigoli with sardines.
