More for fun and experimentation, the Fratelli Gini planted in the Chardonnay vineyard high up in Valpolicella and specially suited for this purpose, almost 30 years ago. Later, Pinot Bianco, Garganega and Durella were added. Today, when the vines are slowly growing to the right age, grapes of great mineral wealth thrive, which is the prerequisite for exciting white wine. The Sorai Monti Lessini Bianco matures in barriques for 9 months after it has also undergone fermentation and acid degradation in the same containers. The aromas are of great fineness, crystal-clear and vividly fresh. The Sorai flatters the palate with a soft, velvety start, shows appetizing breed and long-lasting melting on the finish.
