Tasting note
Stunningly dark and strong ruby garnet, wider brightening of the edges. On the nose Delicately herbal with a ripe sour cherry fruit, a hint of nougat. Strong but very soft tannins on the palate, long finish, good aging potential for many years.
Culinary recommendation
With red meat with strong sauces, grilled meats and wild fowl, risotto and pasta, as well as hard and soft cheeses.
