About the wine

A floral bouquet with subtle almond tones and mineral notes. A lovely start with pleasant fruit aromas that are strong yet very harmonious. The elegant, mineral note is wonderfully expressed on the finish.

Goes well with appetizers, fish, crustaceans and white meats.
Vinification
Fermentation for over 12-24 hours at a controlled temperature of max. 15°C. Ageing for 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks.
