In our land the vines are firmly anchored on pieces of red, rocky and harsh soil. The vines are surrounded by imposing blackberry bushes that release their intense sweet aroma into the air and the soil.

Note de dégustation
Deep ruby red with garnet highlights; complex bouquet with hints of ripe red fruit, plum jam, vanilla and cacao. A full-bodied wine, velvety, with a persistent aftertaste releasing notes of chocolate.
Recommandation culinaire
Meat with savoury sauces, roast meats and mature cheese. Meditation wine.
Vinification
Collection by hand of the grapes, de-stemming and crushing, skin contact at controlled temperature. Draining off and malolactic fermentation. Ageing for about 12 months.
