Goes well with rich and flavorful white and red meat dishes, pasta and risotto, and ripe cheeses.

This wine comes from the Marenco vineyards in Fontanile and Cassine. Its grapes are harvested exclusively by hand when they are fully ripe. The vinification takes place first in steel tanks, the refinement in cement tanks and then in large barrels for at least 9 months.
