Tasting note
Balanced, complex nose with aromas of cassis, wild berries, herbs and fine woody notes. Fresh palate with fine tannins that are already accessible. The Domaine Eden has a persistent finish with lots of blue fruit and slightly spicy notes.

Vinification
The must is manually mashed in small stainless steel tanks and macerated six to ten days after fermentation is complete. 66% of the 15-month aging takes place in used French oak barrels and 33% in used American oak barrels. During aging, the new wine is separated from sediment three to four times a year (tapping) and bottling takes place without filtration.
