About the wine
Sebastien Congretel used to live in the 11th arrondissement of Paris and has been a winemaker in Beaujolais since 2015. He lives with his wife Charlotte on the estate of his parents-in-law in Lantignié. He was able to purchase small plots of land in Morgon and Régnié, from which he produces two wines and he with the help of Julien and Antoine Sunier, two natural wine icons from Beaujolais. Sebastien ferments his grapes, which come from vines that are over 60 years old, with natural yeasts in cement tanks. The wine is then aged in old oak barrels and bottled without filtration.

Tasting note
The Régnié “Chacha” is very easy to drink. The vines are over 60 years old. On the nose, notes of red berries, raspberries and subtle licorice. On the palate, it is fresh, with a light structure.
