Tasting note
The Veuve Clicquot Réserve Cuvée Brut has a fine mousseux. On the nose, it has notes of fresh orange zest, yellow tropical fruit, fine blossom honey and some zotron grass in the background. On the palate, it is juicy with notes of ripe yellow apple fruit, fresh acidity, white peach and mineral nuances, good complexity with a fruity aftertaste.

Vinification
The Veuve Clicquot Réserve Cuvée Brut matures three months longer than the Yellow Label, to which it is similar. It is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
