Tasting note
The bouquet of flowers and herbs in the Fendant du Valais Les Félines La Torrentière shows aromatic complexity and plenty of culinary potential. The dominant nuances of grapefruit, honey and lime shape their individual texture. Its bright lemon yellow creates a good atmosphere at the table. You won't find this color in any color catalog. Light body and dominant acidity result in the white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.
