Galil Mountain Rosé 2021 - Galil Mountain Winery

About the wine

The “Galil Rosé” presents bright pink color and reveals aromas of a fruity mix of strawberry, watermelon and pomegranate. In addition, this rosé pampers the nose with scents of flowers and lemons. A cheerful wine with refreshing and balanced acidity. This rosé wine consists of a large part of Sangiovese, with some Pinot Noir, Barbera and Grenache. The wine is produced using a so-called saignée method, in which a small percentage of the juice is extracted from the red wine containers a few hours after the grapes are received and then fermented separately. The wine reaches its peak in the first year and is best consumed within three years. Try this bottle with a fish carpaccio, smoked salm or a watermelon salad with enough feta cheese.
