About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Cave Champ de Clos masters this white wine in the fertile and beautiful landscape of Vaud. Do you already know the dominant white wine JAZZ- Chasselas Montreux with the 2017 vintage? If not, it's time! Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience if you offer these Chasselas with an aperitif or poultry.
Tasting note
Spring-like bouquet, with a fine floral scent, some bread crust and lemony notes. Very balanced and refreshing, racy yet mild acidity, light discreet creamy structure, some mineral notes.
