The impressive rosé champagne gives off charming yet intense notes of sweet wild raspberries, dried figs and some plum compote, which are accompanied by delicate herbal notes, some cedar wood and fine smoke. Right from the first sip, L'Aérienne is very full-bodied and complex as well as quite “winey”. The sweet berry aromas are repeated even though the champagne is “zero dosage”. The creamy mousse and lovely juiciness, paired with expressive minerality and earthy spiciness make this champagne a great accompaniment; especially with dark meat dishes or even oriental-inspired cuisine.
