About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Viña Cerrón greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Meseta countryside. This provocative red wine 2016 — El Tiempo que nos une Monastrell D.O.P Jumilla crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Bio
Tasting note
The nose has a slight scent of red fruits and blueberries, along with a hint of tobacco and dark chocolate. The palate is juicy and caresses a concentrated aroma of dark ripe fruit. A great Jumilla wine with an excellent price/enjoyment ratio.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dark beef and lamb meats, grilled foods, Spanish specialties such as paella.
Vinification
Aged in large wooden barrels for 6-8 months.
