The Montepulciano is one of those wines that even if it ages it doesn't turn out brown but goes deeply into the violet nuances. There is a quote that it is used in Italy to define people from abruzzo: they are "forti and gentili" so "strong/stubburn and gentle" , methaphorically this defines Monatic Dark Montepulciano: full body, strong personality with velvety tannins therefore with a gentle finish.

controlled temperature of 28 -30 °C.

the malolactic fermentation starts.
